Our founding attorney, Jason Goodman, has been a practicing attorney since 1998. Jason’s work focuses on helping the victims of personal injury, including those hurt in car accidents, motorcycle accidents and slip and fall accidents throughout Florida.

Mr. Goodman began his career at the Broward County Public Defender’s office, which gave him a great deal of courtroom experience and allowed him to successfully litigate cases, even as a young attorney.

He then began litigating civil cases, including handling cases for a large insurance defense law firm. This experience helped him understand how the other side develops case strategies. It is an asset to his personal injury clients, allowing them to achieve the best possible results in personal injury lawsuits.

Attorney Jason S. Goodman has been aggressively pursuing the rights of accident victims in Florida for over 25 years. He is experienced in handling all aspects of claims involving injury or death from car or truck accidents, slip and fall accidents, defective products, motorcycle accidents, medical and nursing home negligence, wrongful death and all cases where one is injured through the fault of another.
